Terms & Condition

Minimum order quantity: 10 designs per order, 120pcs per design, 60pcs per color. The amount not less than US$5000.

Payment Terms: 30% deposit in advance, balance to be paid by T/T remittance or COD. If there are over 2 payments per order, US$50 will be charged for each additional payment. L/C is not accepted.

Exchange Rate Surcharge: All prices are quoted according to our factory price. A certain percentage of all payment will be charged to cover the market exchange rate difference. Please check the surcharge percentage with our sales when arranging payment. The surcharge is calculated on the day of payment, but not order day.

Price nature: ex-Hong Kong office (all charges collect)

Delivery: 50 days after confirmation of order and deposit received. For rush order, please contact our marketing department.

Custom-made item: Custom made items are most welcome. Counter samples charge is US$50-100 which will be refunded when order is confirmed. Minimum order quantity is 1000pcs or above.

Packaging: each in a poly bag. Custom packaging is available at an additional charge. Please consult our Marketing department.

Certificate: China G.S.P. Form A or Certificate of Origin are available upon request. Additional charge of US$50 is required. Confirmation of consulate charges is US$100 each.

Exchange rate: the exchange rate of HKD to USD is 7.75

Quality Guarantee and Return Policies: Defective goods may be returned or refunded within 3 months after shipment.
